Breath, Connect, Belong
A space where mums can connect outdoors through movement, meaningful conversations about parenting (and life beyond kids), and build a supportive community.
The research is clear—spending time in nature does wonders for our mental health. This group is all about inclusivity, a judgement-free space (yes, venting is welcome!), and checking in on each other.
We often hear that it takes a village to raise a child—and while that’s true, I also believe it takes a village to raise a parent. Navigating this wild journey of motherhood is easier with support, and that’s exactly what this space is for.
There’s no cost, no commitment—just an opportunity to meet other mums and find your village.
Children of all ages are welcome.
We can't wait to see you soon. x

Our community is dedicated to promoting positive mental health wellbeing, through connection and friendship. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive community for all mums in all stages of motherhood.
All mums, grandparents and even dads (despite the name!) are welcome to join. Anyone who is on this wild parenting adventure is more than welcome.
We organize a weekly walk in nature which includes connecting with other mums/parents. There are 2 playgrounds on our route and you are more than welcome to stop & play if that's what works for you! At the end of our loop there is an option to stop for a coffee or treat and continue the conversation.
I am an 'all-weather' kind of mum! So unless it's absolutely bucketing and impossible to walk (some areas of our trail do flood with heavy rain), we go ahead and power on with rain jackets and umbrella's! There is no obligation to join us in rainy or cold weather but as your guide I will strive to always be there!
Absolutely not! The purpose of this community is to connect mothers in a shared and inclusive space that doesn't put a financial strain on finding your village!
We ask that you please do not bring pets for the safety of others joining us on the walk.
I will be there 10 minutes before and we will begin the walk at 9:35am). Please feel free to join us on route if you are running behind, or shoot me a text, to let me know.
Children of ALL ages are welcome! We run through school holidays, so your older children can join us during their school break as well.

Hi, I'm Tayla, your founder and guide!
You already know what The Mama Trail is about (scroll back up to our mission if you haven't seen it yet!) so instead I'll tell you a bit about myself instead.
I am in my element when I am immersed in nature, whether that is hiking, bush walking, chasing waterfalls and exploring the forest with my little ones.
I also love running, camping, reading and as a mum of 2 bush babes, I've come to really appreciate a spa day!
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Behavioural psychology and very passionate about child development and maternal support.
Miley is my youngest (born June '24). She is our resident leaf eater (if she doesn't have a leaf, rock or stick to chew she isn't very happy!) and water baby. Miley went on her first camping trip at 9 weeks old, so she is a nature baby at heart.
She'll be on all of our walks and adventures.
My high energy and creative bush leader! Harry loves to lead a group, especially on a bush walk, so you'll usually spot him right up the front!
Although he won't be joining us for all of our walks, he will make the occasional guest appearance. Want to get in his good books? Find the biggest stick in the forest!
Need to reach us? Feel free to contact via email for non-urgent questions/inquiries, otherwise through our socials.
